ROTTET maintains complete or majority ownership in all the properties within our portfolio which includes urban single-family residences and office space to city escapes and rural farmland. We hold a long-term position on most properties within our portfolio with the exception of single-family housing which allow for short-term gains after minor renovations, depending on market conditions.
